Wash hair every 1-2 weeks to avoid stripping natural oils.

Shampoo: Use a sulfate-free, hydrating shampoo to maintain moisture.

Deep Conditioning: Apply a deep conditioner or hair mask once a week. Look for products that hydrates the hair.

Use Leave-In Conditioner: Use a leave-in conditioner after every wash to lock in moisture.

Moisturizing:

Daily Moisture: Use a lightweight moisturizer or oil (like argan or jojoba) daily to keep hair hydrated.

Seal in moisture with a heavier oil or butter (like shea butter) on the ends to prevent dryness.

Detangling:

Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to gently detangle wet hair.

Technique: Start from the tips and work your way up to minimize breakage.

Styling:

Heat Protection: Always apply a heat protectant before using any heat styling tools.

Night Care Routine:

Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase or use a silk/satin scarf to reduce friction and prevent breakage.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals:

Products: Steer clear of sulfates, parabens, and alcohol-based products that can dry out hair and cause shedding.
