Refund policy
We make every effort to ensure that all products are in excellent condition when they leave our premises. All sales are final however If you receive a product with a fault, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Custom wig units are not eligible for refunds. All items purchased during a sale are considered final sale.Exchanges or refunds are not permitted for these items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must meet the following conditions: Request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, uncut, and unaltered in any way and tags should remain on the items. We cannot accept returns of bundles or frontals if the lace has been cut or the item has been worn. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. With the exception of faulty items, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to process the refund back to your account. We will send email notifications to keep you updated throughout the return or exchange process.
